1 lb Kidney Beans
4 cups Broth and 3 cups water
4 Big carrots- sliced
3 Stalks celery- sliced
1 Chopped Onion
3 Cloves Garlic
Bacon- sliced
Tomato paste
1 tbsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
½ tsp Thyme and Oregano
1 Bay Leaf
Saute bacon until browned.
Add veggies/garlic and saute for until onions are translucent.
Add beans, broth/water, salt, pepper, thyme, oregano, and bay leaf. Stir.
Cook high pressure 60 minutes (Longer depending on age of beans).
Natural release for 35 minutes
