Black Eyed Peas
Broth/water (3 cups per 1 cup Dried Peas)
1 tbsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
½ tsp Thyme and Oregano
1 Bay Leaf
1 Chopped Onion
3 Cloves Garlic
Bacon
Saute bacon until browned.
Add onion and garlic and saute for a few minutes.
Add peas, broth/water, salt, pepper, thyme, oregano, and bay leaf. Stir.
Cook high pressure 15-20 minutes (Longer depending on age of beans).
Natural release for 15 minutes
